AWRS 08. 6 DAYS MURCHISON FALLS / KIBALE / QUEEN ELIZABETH N PARK / L.MBURO N PARK

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Hotel in Kampala


Day 2: Drive to Murchison falls National Park. Transfer to the Magnificent Top of the falls where you will enjoy your picnic lunch as you marvel at the Mighty Nile forced into a seven Meter narrow gorge to thunder 45 metres below in a series of cascades.

The Nile can be viewed at different points up to the Baker’s Summit. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge or Nile Safaris Resort.


Day 3: Half day game drive. Game in this area includes Giraffe, Elephant, Jackson Harte beast, Lion, Uganda Kob, Oribi, baboons, buffalos, Warthogs and vervet monkeys. You also see, Ground horn bill, hippos, Bush buck, Water buck and then transfer to Kibale. Over night Ndali lodge or Travellers Inn.


Day 4: Leave for Kibale for chimps tracking with your packed lunch. Other primates that may be observed are Red tailed monkeys, L’Hoest Monkeys, Black and white colobus Monkey and lots of Baboons, thereafter go for birding in the bigodi community Swamp and leave for Queen Elizabeth National park for over night at Mweya Safaris Lodge.


Day 5: Early morning game drive to Kasenyi. See the locals extracting salt. Drive to see Elephants, Buffaloes, Waterbucks, Warthogs, Bushbucks, kobs, Spotted hyena, tree climbing lions, topi, and Hippos thereafter, Lunch in Mbarara and onward to L.Mburo to view Zebra, Topi, Elands, Impalas and lots of baboons. Over night at Mantana Safari camp.


Day 6: After breakfast we return to Kampala lunch in Masaka and onward to the airport.
